We've covered all the essential topics you need to build confidence, update skills and extend your knowledge about the changing world of customer service.

We are able to offer THREE 2 hour virtual sessions to update customer service skills or as a return to work refreshers. Participation will be facilitated by one of our accredited industry experts and reflect and explore new and changing customer expectations along with top tips and ideas on how to deliver memorable customer service experiences. Certification will be provided on completion of the session.

Sessions are competitively prices at £45 per session, with a £15 discount if an individual purchases all three sessions.

Introductory Offer

For just £25pp (introductory offer) you can download our 'Customers Service Excellence' remote training course. With 8 easy to digest modules, this is a great way to refresh and enhance existing customer service skills or learn customer service principles for the first time.

  • work through the topics in the eight short modules

  • download and complete the multiple-choice end assessment


If you achieve a score of 70% plus, then a Welcome to Excellence certificate will be emailed to you. A score of less than 70% means you will need to revisit the modules and take the assessment for a second time
