We are now offering 2 hour virtual training sessions to update customer service skills or as a return to work refresher. Participation will be facilitated by one of our accredited industry experts and reflect and explore new and changing customer expectations along with top tips and ideas on how to deliver memorable customer service experiences. Certification will be provided on completion of the session.

Sessions are competitively priced at £45 per session.

Full Training
Live Virtual Training via Zoom - Full courses 

We are now offering our popular face to face courses via zoom as well. Participation will be facilitated by one of our accredited industry experts. Courses last between 5 and 6 hours and are split over 2 zoom sessions.  Attendees will be sent participant guides in advance of the training and will receive full Welcome to Excellence Certification on completion of both sessions.

The course (2 sessions) are competitively priced at £90 per person.

Minimum session numbers apply.  We reserve the right to re-arrange course dates if required. Maximum numbers for the course is 16.

This is a new, cost-effective way of learning with the added benefit that individuals or teams can work through the topics at their own pace.

For just £30pp you can download our 'Customers Service Excellence' remote training course. With 8 easy to digest modules, this is a great way to refresh and enhance existing customer service skills or learn customer service principles for the first time.

Simply:

  • download the Customers Service Excellence workbook

  • work through the topics in the eight short modules

  • download and complete the multiple-choice end assessment

 

If you achieve a score of 70% plus, then a Welcome to Excellence certificate will be emailed to you. A score of less than 70% means you will need to revisit the modules and take the assessment for a second time
