Welcome to Excellence have put together a short ‘remote learning’ course -'Customer Service Excellence' that you can complete in the comfort of your own home or at work.


It consists of 8 modules in the form of downloadable pdf sheets, each covering a different aspect of customer service. Once you have read and worked through the 8 modules (24pgs), participants will complete the 20 minute multiple choice end assessment. Achieve the 70% pass mark and you will receive a Welcome to Excellence certificate.
