Partner Stand / Literature Representation
Vakantiebeurs is the largest holiday show in the Netherlands. Running from 8th - 12th January 2025, the show is a household name for Dutch holiday makers seeking new inspiration and new destinations, and a key event for planning their future holidays. The event welcomes over 71,000 paying visitors each year to a two day travel trade event (8th - 9th January) and 4 day consumer show (9th - 12th January)

Tourism South East invites partners to join them at the show or to be represented, as part of a collective Visit South East England stand, ready for 2025/26 travel. This year we will be part of a collective UK Pavilion raising the profile of the UK as a destination at the show. By working together we are able to showcase both the country, the region and all it has to offer. The Dutch are a fully engaged audience, that spend time touring the region for extended periods. This collective approach offers visitors the chance to discover lots information from one stand and allows partners to 'bounce off each other' and share their on the ground knowledge.

Option One - Stand Partner

Attend the show and have your own pod on the Visit South East England stand, or you can organise to share with another partner. Talk face to face with trade, press and consumer visitors directly.

Inclusion of logo and website on tear off map that can be taken away by all visitors to the stand.

Data list - through the on-stand competition

Inclusion in a post show e-newsletter sent to all those that visited our stand at the show and entered our competition
Cost: £3000+ VAT per stand

NB: This cost includes shipping of 25kg of weight for each pod partner from the TSE offices, Eastleigh (date for pick up is usually mid December, TBC) (additional literature can be transport for a surcharge), image included on back graphic, company logo and website on tear off map, small storage underneath desk, brochure rack, stool, lighting and carpet. This cost does not include travel or subs. We will work with you to produce a co-ordinated back graphic design that pulls South East England together.
Commitment is required by 1st August 2024
Option Two - Literature Representation

Leaflet distribution - Up to 10kg of leaflets to be actively handed out to consumers on your behalf, content should include a limited number of trade/groups literature for the trade day, if relevant

Cost: £500 + VAT per member

NB: This cost includes the shipping 10kg of brochures from the TSE office to the show in Holland (excludes transport of brochures to TSE office), brochures will be shipped mid December, date TBC, for arrival on time at the show
