International Marketing Opportunity - Dutch Travel Trade & Consumer
Partner Stand / Literature Representation / Advertising in the Touring Map Guide

Vakantiebeurs is the largest holiday show in the Netherlands. Running from 11-15 January 2023, the show is a household name for Dutch holiday makers seeking new inspiration and new destinations, and a key event for planning their future holidays.  The event welcomes over 100,000 paying visitors each year to a one day travel trade event and 4 day consumer show.

Tourism South East invites partners to join them at the show or to be represented, as part of a collective Visit South East England stand at this show, ready for 2023 travel. By working together we are able to showcase the region and all it has to offer. the Dutch are a fully engaged audience, that we know to spend time touring the region for extended periods. This offers a cost-effective way to target overseas visitors.

Option One - Stand Partner

​

  • Attend the show and either pay for a whole stand to yourself or share with another partner from South East England.  Talk face to face with trade and consumer visitors directly.  

  • Inclusion in the England's South Coast touring map - 1/2 page advert with location pointer ( Artwork deadline 15th November 22)

  • Data list - Through the on-stand competition with individual opt-in opportunities

  • Inclusion in a post show e-newsletter sent to all those that visited our stand at the show and entered our competition


Cost: £2400 + VAT per stand

  • NB: This cost includes shipping of two boxes of brochures for each stand partner from the TSE offices, Eastleigh (to be picked up on the 19th December) (additional literature can be transport for a surcharge), back graphic, company logo, small storage underneath desk, brochure rack, stool, lighting and carpet.  This cost does not include travel or subs.  We will work with you to produce a co-ordinated back graphic design that pulls South East England together.

    Commitment is required by 1st December

Option Two - Literature Representation

 

  • Leaflet distribution  - (up to two boxes) to consumers on your behalf, to include a limited number of trade/groups literature for  the trade day.

  • Data list - Through the on-stand competition with individual opt-in opportunities 

  • Newsletter - Inclusion in a post-show newsletter to maximize and reinforce messaging.

  • Inclusion in the England's South Coast touring map - 1/2 page advert with location pointer (Artwork deadline 15th November 22)

Cost: £700 + VAT per member

  • NB: This includes the shipping of two boxes of brochures from the TSE office to the show in Holland, brochures be shipped on the 19th December 22 for arrival on time at the show

Option Three - 1/2 page or Full page DL advert in touring map

 

  • 1/2 page DL advert will feature in 2000 England's South Coast touring map with location pointer which will be distributed at Vakantiebeurs (advert needed by 15th November - 98mm H x 94mm wide , high resolution PDF with fonts embedded or converted to outlines. No bleed or crop marks.  Or if you would prefer us to build this for you for we will require one/two images, 60 – 70 words, logo and weblink).

Cost: £275 + VAT per member

Non-members are welcome to join us, a 15% surge charge will apply.

Please note - Stand Partner and Literature Representation brochures will need to be at the TSE Eastleigh offices on later than the 19th December.  Artwork will need to be supplied to the marketing team by 15th November 22
