Vakantiebeurs is the largest holiday show in the Netherlands. Running from 8th - 11th January 2026, the show is a household name for Dutch holiday makers seeking new inspiration and new destinations, and a key event for planning their future holidays.  The event welcomes over 71,000 paying visitors each year. In 2026, the show takes on a new format with a separate travel trade show (7th & 8th) and a consumer-only show (8th - 11th).

Tourism South East invites partners to join them at the show as part of the UK stand. Coordinating a UK Pavilion will make it easier for visitors to find and explore all of the UK products in one place; which is essential in a show that stretches over three halls.

The TSE options are aimed at enabling partners who have limited time to get involved and raise the profile of their destination, attraction, or accommodation. By working together, we are able to showcase both the country, the region and all it has to offer. The Dutch are a fully engaged audience that spends time touring the region for extended periods. This collective approach offers visitors the chance to discover lots of information from one area at the show, allowing partners to 'bounce off each other' and share their on-the-ground knowledge.

UK Stand Partner

​

  • Attend the show and have your own stand/pod in the UK Pavilion for all four days. Talk face-to-face with consumers at the show and promote your destination, attraction, or accommodation. 

  • Inclusion of a small storage unit/desk on the pod, brochure rack, two stools, printed logo on the front of the desk, printed back graphics in a standard UK layout to bring consistency to the presence.

  • Shipping of 25KG of literature to the show, only literature can be included*

  • Access to the Vakantiebeurs portal, so you can promote your presence

  • Access to a UK storage area where you can store any spare literature


Cost: £2900+ VAT per stand

  • NB: This cost includes shipping of 25kg of literature per pod from the TSE offices, Eastleigh (Literature is required no later than 1st December, this gives time for necessary paperwork and collection for shipping) (Additional literature can be transported for a surcharge),

  • Image montage included on back graphic, company logo on front graphic, small storage underneath desk, brochure rack, stool, lighting, and carpet.  This cost does not include travel or subs. You will need to provide high-resolution images for the back graphics and high-resolution logos - deadline TBC (normally November) 

  • If a minimum of four stands come on board, around £200 could be added for a central TV to display videos from around the UK

  • For businesses in the South East of England, an option for open shared stand may also be available, please ask for details when booking

    Commitment is required by 31st September 2025
