Whether you're attending a training course or looking for information, here are some of the most commonly asked questions.
Our Training Courses focus on providing participants with the knowledge, skills and confidence to apply learning in the workplace straight away. There is time to explore individual needs as well as time to share experiences with other participants during the training sessions. We provide comprehensive workbooks and materials as reference guides to help put learning into practice.
We run a schedule of regional open courses throughout the year and these are bookable in advance. As well as face-to-face sessions we can deliver some topics through shorter online modular sessions. Both options provide opportunities for interaction and access to our comprehensive learning workbooks and resource materials.

No, we aim to be flexible and can schedule courses to meet group, business or local needs. If you have a number of participants wanting to take a course, we can discuss dates and locations with you over the telephone.
