Remote Learning Options
We are now offering our popular face to face courses via zoom as well. Participation will be facilitated by one of our accredited industry experts. Courses last between 5 and 6 hours and are split over 2 zoom sessions. Attendees will be sent participant guides in advance of the training and will receive full Welcome to Excellence Certification on completion of both sessions.

Also available are short 2 hour trainer led sessions and a short self-paced customer service training module.

The hugely successful Welcome to Excellence courses have primarily been delivered face-to-face using our highly experienced, accredited trainers. Without compromising on quality or content we are now offering more flexible delivery solutions to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Open Courses
Open courses are organised on set dates on Zoom depending on demand. Bookings can be made by individuals or employees from different organisations. We provide an accredited Welcome to Excellence trainer, and all course materials. Participants benefit from being able to network and share ideas with others from a variety of businesses.

In Company/Inhouse
Our courses can be delivered on-site for a company, college, association, group or DMO. You need to provide a venue, training equipment and light refreshments. We provide an accredited trainer, all participant materials and follow up certification.
We are able to shape content so it picks up on particular themes, objectives or standards.

Tailor Made Programmes
Core content of Welcome to Excellence courses can be adapted and used as the basis for a bepoke programme which links to national customer service standards or we can develop new content from scratch. This includes using client branding, logos and photograhs.
We provide a personal and professional approach with on-going advice and guidance throughout the process. Past client list includes Brighton and Hove Buses, British Marine, VisitEngland, Visit Scotland, Champion Timber, Royal Museums of Greenwich and the Royal Free London NHS foundation Trust.

This options means content can be enhanced through embedding up to date company and government objectives and guidelines, company service standards and product knowledge.
