MEET Beyond London
The MEET Beyond London brand aims to put the South East England conference and meeting venues on the map by highlighting the benefits of hosting events within the destination including ease of access, choice, cost and the unique spaces on offer.
​
We work with destinations, hotels, attractions and conference bureaus across South East England to share the reasons why their venue or destination is a great solution for their next event. We are not an agency and do not take commission. We act as an impartial extension of your own marketing team by getting to know your product, and signposting event organisers directly to you, so that you can build a working relationship now and into the future.
MEET Beyond London specifically targets qualified buyers working within the meetings, conference and events industry and focuses on UK PA's, EA's, Corporate Event Managers, Associations and Event agencies.
Through economies of scale we are able to offer you targeted opportunities at a cost effective price, which will help increase your reach.
Our packages for 2024/25 are centered around digital marketing, e-newsletters, social media, and working alongside PA Life to drive awareness of the MEET Beyond London brand and our partners.

Themed Newsletters
​
Our themed newsletters aim to provide inspiration content showcasing the best venues and destinations in the South East. From team building activities to Christmas Party venues, to venues with lots of outdoor space to exclusive use spaces, these themed newsletters are designed to land at the optimum time and provide venue inspiration around themes that are in the forefront of organisers minds.

These are a great low cost option in which you will be included with up to eight other partner content from around the South East.

Face to Face Exhibitions & Events
Partnering at exhibitions makes costly events more affordable. Sharing a stand with others is a great way to make a more striking presence, to test the water at a show you may have not attended before and still have the opportunity to talk directly with your potential customers.
The MEET Beyond London team are keen to once again to exhibit at the PA Show (28th - 29th February 2024) which is held at Excel London. This show sits alongside International Confex with easy access between the two shows and offers the chance to meet with a wide range of event managers, pa's and those working within the MICE market.

We are looking for a minimum of three partners to share stand with us to ensure this can go ahead. (2 confirmed so far)
​
Stand Sharing at PA Show, London Excel
For £1950 you will receive access to the show for one staff member on both days, have a small table for meetings and to display your brochures, logo and image would be featured on a collaborative back graphic, data collection opportunities, with data shared after the show to add to your own database, content in follow-up e-shot sent to all the visitors captured at the show.

Representation at PA Show, London Excel
For £500 the MEET Beyond London team will take your brochures and content to the show and actively distribute these to visitors who come to our stand. You can choose to be included in data collection opportunities and any data (that has consented) post show will be shared with you, inclusion of graphic as part of the collaborative back wall montage.
