Marketing department at Tourism South East

Tourism South East continues to build on previous overseas PR success and invest in both Near Europe and long haul markets, with plans to maximise opportunities to reach 205 countries in the run up to the 2012 Olympics.


VisitBritain's travel research has consistently demonstrated that the media plays a key role in influencing consumers' holiday choices. Therefore Tourism South East continues to work in conjunction with VisitBritain and its overseas offices to identify PR opportunities and respond to press enquiries.
 

After a highly successful attendance at Meet the Media in Belgium and Holland, media visits to the region have hit a record high. Tourism South East will once again represent the South East at these events in 2011 allowing cost-effective representation for partners.
