Member Networking at Painshill

Come and join us for an autumnal networking event being held at Painshill. Network with fellow Tourism South East members over light refreshments followed by a short talk and tour of the gardens in all of their autumnal glory. Explore the gardens at your leisure discovering the history behind the folly's that are theatrically placed throughout the grounds.

Painshill is a restored 18th Century English park and landscape garden that was created by Charles Hamilton between 1738 - 1773 inspired by his Grand Tour of Europe. Charles aim was to create a series of 'scenes' that would evoke various moods and emotions drawing on romantic and picturesque styles. Painshill includes a variety of folly's such as the Gothic Temple and Crystal Grotto, each designed to enhance the visitors experience and create a sense of wonder.
