The Brickworks Museum, in Burslesdon, Hampshire, is the only remaining Victorian brick factory in  Britain featuring Grade II* listed buildings and original, steam-driven machinery. Considered of national significance by English Heritage it offers visitors an insight into the vital  industry which still provides the foundation of most of our homes.

The spacious Museum is not just about bricks, although there are thousands to see... It’s about the  people who made them, men and women and the fascinating lives they led. And that’s not all, the  atmospheric site contains room reconstructions, glimpsing life from the 1900’s to 1970’s, a valuable  collection of vintage penny arcade machines and a miniature railway
