Employment and Legal Support


Tourism South East have joined forces with Jemma Fairclough-Haynes is the Managing Director of Orchard Employment Law to support businesses as they start to bring employees back into your business

Jemma runs an award-winning business, providing support to businesses that include writing contracts, chairing disciplinary meetings, Employment Law advice and Diversity training.

Gemma provided her advice on how to manage this process and answered our Q&A session at the end.

'State of the Nation' Tourism Update

Kurt set the scene and provide an overview of the domestic tourism situation. Joss provided and update on the currrent Inbound tourism situation and the dramatic consequences of the past months.

Sector Support - Travel Trade


Tourism South East's Virtual Support Programme looks at one of the hardest hit sector of tourism Travel Trade. We look at the current international markets, the domestic operator sector and hear first hand from the group organiser market.

This session focuses on collaboration and understanding the trade visitor mentalities, as well as being Travel Trade Ready, we are pleased to welcome Mike Newman from B2me who provides a great overview of the landscape and some great practical advice. We also speak to Keith Payne of Lewis Coaches and Kevin Mayne of Mayne Coaches as operators to understand the challenges they face in nagivating this uncertain landscape. Wendy Saveage also jjoins us to provide and insight from group travel organisers perspective and her view as we move forward..
