Here's what TSE members and partners have to say:
Wendy Middleton, Richmond Villages
I would like to pass on my gratitude for arranging the networking meeting at Wasing Park, it certainly did have the “Wow” factor as a wedding venue. I thoroughly enjoyed the evening and what a tasty supper? It was brilliant to meet other members and their backgrounds were all so different, that’s what makes a successful networking meeting.
Zoe Stroud, Visit Isle of Wight Ltd
"Thank you so much for a fantastic evening, The venue, food and ceremony were brilliant so very well organised and we had a superb evening. Obviously it goes without saying we were so pleased to win gold – it means so much to the team and I"
Sophie at Skyhouse B&B
Joining TSE was the best business decision I've made this year! Grateful for your support and enthusiasm for our new venture
Tina and Bob Massie, Red Lion, Knotty Green
We wanted to say a huge 'thank you' for all your help in the last couple of weeks, which has now resulted not only in a Press piece in the Bucks Free Press but also a 15-minute interview with Tina yesterday, for the drivetime show on BBC Three Counties Radio. we're hugely grateful for your help in securing this invaluable publicity and we're really glad we took you up on your offer of advice and help.
Caz n Dave, Two Hoots Campsite
You all do such a great job in supporting & promoting everyone.
We would like to say "Thank You" to all the team for all your kind & continued support & assistance over this year.
Your all Stars. Have a wonderful Christmas.

Very happy photographer! After attending the recent network event I thought you'd like to know that that I have taken a booking from a fellow TSE member for a day to photograph a group of teenagers engaged in a variety of activities around the castle, for marketing and advertising. It's exactly what I'm looking for and proves that networking with TSE contacts and putting yourself forward as a guest speaker works.
Gita Konschak, Lapis Lizard, Face & Body Art
Just a note of thanks for a great event again last week. Loved meeting Adrienne and her hat shop, and was also very interested in seeing the inside of the Malmaison Hotel. Being a TSE member is great, because I get to meet so many interesting people and learn about their businesses.
Jayne Reddyhoff, President of Didcot Chamber of Commerce
The networking events organised by TSE have been very useful. As well as being really enjoyable, they have given me the opportunity to meet a whole new set of businesses that I would otherwise not have met. As most of my business comes from personal relationships built through networking, this is very valuable.
Paul Watson, General Manager, Malmaison, Reading
Joining TSE has been very useful for us. As well as giving us improved awareness in the local area, Jeanette and the team have been instrumental in increasing our contacts and networks with other local businesses.”
Keith Lockwood, Petworth Business Association
“Having recently joined TSE, it is the first time that Petworth Business Association has taken part in a Group Travel Fair. The event was held in Arundel Castle and despite poor weather was very well attended – exceeding our expectations! We certainly felt that we had been able to really highlight Petworth as a worthwhile travel venue. The TSE team made the event run smoothly and also made it very easy for us ‘first timers’ to get involved. Top marks!”
Charlotte Troester, Business Development Manager at Marwell Hotel, Hampshire
"Marwell Hotel has only been a member of TSE for a few months but we are already benefitting from some fantastic opportunities, both in terms of the PR available and particularly savings from the Barclaycard scheme – this more than pays for the membership itself! Being part of TSE has increased my contacts and networking opportunities, which is key for my line of business. It’s great to have the extra support and for the area to be working together to promote ourselves."
The White Horse Hotel, Hampshire
“One of our conditions in taking over the running of The White Horse Hotel was to get a quality assurance rating. This was instrumental in understanding what needed to be done to improve the quality of the hotel. After implementing the recommendations, we were recently awarded a 4* rating (increased from 3*), together with two rosettes for our restaurant. We have already seen a significant interest in bookings since being awarded the four stars, and in the three years since we took over, our trade has more than trebled with occupancy now over 80%.
Having a quality assurance rating also enabled us to become members of TSE who we have found to be very supportive – earlier this year, we were involved in their ‘Time for Us’ campaign to promote the Test Valley, and received a terrific review from the Sunday Telegraph – all great marketing and PR for our hotel.”
