There has never been a better time for working in partnership. Appreciation of tourism’s economic value and potential to create jobs is higher than ever and yet budgets for tourism services are under increasing scrutiny threatening the vital role that local authorities play in managing, developing and marketing their destinations. Only by working smarter and in partnership can we hope to compete with better resourced parts of the country and retain services that continue to deliver on tourism’s potential.
Tourism South East is now a sustainable membership organisation and provider of specialist services. TSE is committed to supporting destination partners, be they local authorities or destination management and marketing organisations, through a host of added value services, including PR support and marketing opportunities allowing you to benefit from economies of scale
Our networking events are a great way to share experiences and discuss common solutions to problems. Our Destination Managers’ Forums can make the challenge of delivering tourism support services in these difficult times a whole lot easier.
