Become a trainer

Would you like to deliver any of the Welcome to Excellence courses to your staff at convenient times that fit in with your business needs?

Often it is more cost effective for larger organisations to nominate a member of staff who has relevant training experience to deliver courses to staff members. The benefits are:

•  You have the flexibility to tailor the training and to make sure it meets your business needs.
• Full, high quality trainer support materials and a trainer certificate are provided during the one-day ‘trainer briefing’.
• Tourism South East provides ongoing guidance and support.

A ‘trainer briefing’ is delivered by an experienced master trainer. Venues are conveniently located and can be arranged as open courses, with a mix of delegates or, for any organisation with a number of trainers; an in-house course can be arranged. New trainers are advised to also attend the relevant open Welcome to Excellence course before they start delivering the training to staff.
