Do any of your courses lead to a qualification?

Attendance on Welcome Host Gold or Delivering Service Excellence customer care courses can lead to a nationally-recognised City & Guilds Level 2  Award.  These options require candidates to take a formal multiple choice examination/open ended question paper at the end of the course.  If they are successful, participants can achieve a City & Guilds qualification.  Registration and certification fees are additional to course costs.  Please check when booking.

 

We already run customer service training, can we dovetail with Welcome to Excellence courses?

Yes, we offer a range of options.  We can map your course against any of the Welcome to Excellence courses and to make sure core skills, knowledge and content reflect your own business objectives.  

We can tailor our courses to add in company operating processes, policies and other relevant information. This enables your staff to develop essential new or advanced skills within the context of their daily work.

You may have an existing in-house course and want to gain Welcome to Excellence endorsement so that staff have the opportunity to be part of a nationally recognised programme.  This is achieved by mapping your own course content against Welcome Host, Welcome Host Gold or Delivering Service Excellence.  

 

I would like to deliver Welcome to Excellence courses to my staff.  How do I become a trainer?

Often it is more cost effective for larger organisations to nominate a member of staff who has relevant training experience to deliver any of the courses within the suite.  A ‘trainer briefing’ is arranged and run by an experienced master trainer and subsequently they buy participant guide and packs from us.  This enables companies to run courses to fit in with business operating requirements and staff rotas. I want a course or some training that isn't listed.  What should I do?

Please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will try to find the training you need through our network of contacts.

 

I am interested in Welcome to Excellence customer service training but I am not based in the South East, can you help?

We work together with a network of national Welcome to Excellence franchise partners.   Please contact us and we will put you in touch with your local accredited centre.

 

Are courses only available on scheduled dates?

No, we aim to be flexible and can schedule courses to meet group, business or local needs.  If you have a number of participants wanting to take a course, we can discuss dates and locations with you over the telephone.
