Tourism South East has commissioned a series of quality case studies to understand how businesses have remained successful and benefited from raising their quality standards and offering customers excellent value for money.

The Dairy at Packridge, Hampshire

The Dairy at Packridge is a 4* Silver rated 16th Century Farmhouse set in the Hampshire countryside near Romsey, offering luxury bed and breakfast accommodation. Mersley Farm, Isle of Wight

Mersley Farm (The Garlic Farm) has six 3-4* rated self-catering cottages on a garlic farm in the rolling hills of the Isle of Wight. Mersley Farm won a silver award at the 2009 Tourism South East Tourism Excellence Awards. The Garlic Farm is a member of Tourism South East.
