As part of the English Tourism Week celebrations, 89 MPs from across the House gathered at the Tourism Alliance Parliamentary Reception in Parliament to hear Secretary of State, John Whittingdale announce that 2015 was a record year for the UK tourism industry.

Nine South East Tourism industry representatives, all finalists of the regional Beautiful South Awards, were awarded trophies at the prestigious VisitEngland Tourism Excellence Awards in Blackpool last night.
Tourism South East, under it’s ‘England’s South Coast’ banner had another successful year at one of Europe’s most popular consumer holiday shows. Vakantiebeurs is held in Utrecht, Netherlands and over a six day period, attracts over a 110,000 visitors.
