2012 Bumper Summer in Surrey

Tourism in Surrey looks set for a bumper summer; more than 20 Olympic teams have signed up to train and prepare in Surrey, prompting a recent surge in hotel bookings. Diana Roberts from Guildford Tourist Information Centre said “We had 55 per cent more enquiries in January and February compared to the same period last year and visits to our website were also up 34 per cent.”
