The Isle Of Wight's award-winning Owl & Monkey Haven have successfully introduced the only two white-throated capuchin monkeys currently housed in the UK.

2012 marks the 200th anniversary of the casting of the Burmese Bell, an iconic Temple Bell that hangs from a sessile oak at the entrance to The Glade at Exbury Gardens. To mark the occasion the Bell was centrepiece in a collage of autumn leaves and berries prepared by children on Sat 13 & Sun 14 Oct (part of the national ‘Big Draw’ event), aided by from ladies from the Wessex and Jersey branch of the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies.
