New restaurant at Hawk Conservancy Trust

The Hawk Conservancy Trust opened a fantastic new restaurant ‘Feathers’ in April.

The 120-seat purpose-built facility offers an extensive menu developed to promote locally produced and sourced food and drink. The project was part financed by the European Agricultural Fund for European Development 2007-2013: Europe investing in rural areas.

Catering Manager, Jemma Benton, said “the new facility aims to cater for the Trust’s increasing number of visitors but we also hope that it will become a destination in itself”.
