Held annually, the Group Travel Fairs take place at three different venues across the Beautiful South on Saturdays between February and March. 
The fairs are sponsored by Group Travel Organiser magazine and over 20,000 invitations are distributed to Group Travel Operators’s, Coach and Tour Operators, Schools and Youth Groups.

The fairs comprise of over 40 exhibitors from destinations, attractions, entertainment, accommodations and places to eat. The fairs attract approximately 300 visitors at each venue all looking for information and ideas for future group travel itineraries.

Tourism South East actively work with Coach & Tour Operators encouraging them to bring 'VIP Coaches' of Group Travel Organisers to the show.

Stand rates include
• 2m or 3m Exhibition space
• Inclusive breakfast and refreshments
• PR activity

Stand rates for members: An indication of rates for 2013 are below.  These will be confirmed as soon as the venues have been chosen.
2m x 1.5m = £315 + VAT
3m x 1.5m = £415 + VAT

Special Offer rates for members:
£295 per 2m stand if 3 or more fairs are booked.
£395 per 3m stand if 3 or more fairs are booked.
