Excellent event and great venue. The content of the training seminar was really useful and at the appropriate level. Rachel Gander, Winchester City Council
Just to say thank you for organising this session yesterday and to say I found it extremely beneficial. It has made me think in a very different way about sending and receiving emails. In particular in putting a plan in process, subject headings and super subjects appropriate to personal devises! We touched on the legal aspects and best practise regarding emails and I was unaware of the new legislation coming into force and so I found this information very helpful. Sussex Top Attractions

Developing Local Knowledge
By working with our partners we have tailored our customer care training courses to incorporate the development of local knowledge.
Welcome to the New Forest - The New Forest has been one of England’s most popular escapes from everyday life for tourists for over 100 years. Its people are naturally welcoming and like sharing the wonders of the forest with visitors. Because of this and the quality of the tourism offer, visitors become very loyal and return regularly. Tourism is therefore a very important source of local jobs and income so continual improvement is needed to compete in an ever growing worldwide marketplace. A partnership with New Forest District Council & New Forest Tourism has enabled us to create a course that will enable participants to learn about the unique history, heritage and culture that has shaped the forest over many centuries.
Courses can be organised (minimum of 12 participants) for tourism groups, local businesses and destination partners. To find out more about these courses or register your interest in organising a course please contact the training team.
