Hotel Futures Studies
Stimulating Hotel Development
Tourism South East in collaboration with Hotel Solutions have been working since 2001 to deliver a programme of Hotel Futures Studies to assist Local Authority partners and inward investment agencies to identify where gaps in hotel supply exist relative to demand, with a view to stimulating inward investment. The research identifies realistic, commercially viable development opportunities and they have highlighted a vast range of site opportunities with supporting performance and trend data for potential investors and developers to make quick and informed decisions.
Tourism South East has developed a dedicated hotel investment website to disseminate the research findings and promote investment opportunities. To find out more about this programme of work, studies which have taken place or for current hotel site opportunities in the region please visit. www.hotel-investment.co.uk
