Customer Research
Knowing everything there is to know about existing and potential customers is a fundamental prerequisite of success for any business – not least visitor attractions. Tourism South East’s research time has over 20 years experience of visitor research for attractions and is able to advise members as well as offer research services at well below market rates, additionally the Visitor Attractions Monitor provides valuable data.
Quality
To remain competitive businesses need to be constantly looking for ways to improve the visitor experience. For an external perspective why not take advantage of the advice and accreditation offered by the national Visitor Attraction Quality Assurance Scheme (VAQAS) run by VisitEngland. Many attractions, large and small are benefitting from VAQAS and have used the advice from its trained, impartial assessors to increase visitor numbers and income. For attractions that do not participate in the VAQAS scheme, VisitEngland requires membership of the National Code of Practice for Visitor Attractions if you wish to be included in their marketing campaigns.
